Customs
Customs declaration software
In the Netherlands, the declaration process with customs runs fully automated. Via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), our customs software works in sync with the systems used by Dutch customs and other government agencies. Leaving you to make quick and simple customs declarations.
VCK Logistics Supply Chain Solutions opts for Boltrics’ WMS
Brennus van der Klaauw, Managing Director at VCK Group: “Because several software products/vendors have their own release policy, it is very complex and costly to keep the whole landscape up to date. For this reason, we looked for a solution that can adequately support our primary processes. With the solutions of Boltrics, we can continuously adopt new versions and benefit from the development speed of the Microsoft platform. Every day, the Microsoft business suite is enriched with new applications. Such as Microsoft Power Apps, Flow and Power BI.”
Import & export declaration system (AGS)
The AGS is the new standard for customs declarations. This new customs system replaces Sagitta which is currently in use and will be introduced in phases. AGS1 and AGS2, for storage and import declarations, are now fully up and running. For AGS3 the Sagitta for export (DSU) will be replaced (if needed Sagitta export is available in our WMS).
EMCS
Customs must be informed of the movement of excisable goods between EU member states, so that excises can be levied in the country where the goods are consumed. Via the Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) you make a direct disclosure (electronic administrative document) via the WMS of movements of excisable goods under excise duty.
NCTS
Simple declarations in the WMS. At a glance, you have an overview of the actual status of your NCTS (New Computerised Transit System) declarations.
Portbase
Portbase is the platform for the exchange of logistical information for the Dutch Ports of Rotterdam and Amsterdam. You can pre-register your containers directly at all terminals.
DGVS / Cargonaut
Cargonaut is the platform for reporting movements of goods at and around Schiphol, to the DGVS (Paperless Goods Movement Tracking System), without physical documentation.
GDB (common veterinary inward clearance) nVWA (the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority)
Animal-derived products or live animals that enter the EU must be reported to the nVWA. Via our WMS software you can make direct (GDB) pre-registrations to the nVWA, and you can be kept up-to-speed with the checks being made.
